Our Role: Head of Human Resources

This client approached us when their firm was growing and it wasn't possible for the CEO to handle all of HR anymore. We have successfully implemented benefits, done a compliance audit, implemented their Employee Handbook, edited their careers website, and established the necessary policies, processes, and vendors in place for a smooth HR cycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Our Role: transitional Head of Human Resources & training their new AVP of HR

This startup and small biotech client approached us when they no longer had a HR head. As their transitional Head of HR, we fixed their compensation philosophy and practices, served as their Head of HR Strategy during a period of change in the company, advised them on various HR benefit strategy practices, and aided them during an acquisition period. We participated in their Compensation Committee meetings, took care of performance review and calculations, aided them with equity implementation of RSU's and performance-based equity, took care of their HR budgets, and made sure to train their new AVP of HR.
